Connecting to the HVDN Mesh Chat will send any text or files over amateur radio spectrum in addition to any internet only connected users. 

If you are NOT a licensed amateur radio operator, DO NOT ATTEMPT TO USE THIS SYSTEM.

Unlicensed users are considered as transmitting without a license, which is punishable by local and federal law.
